Rebecca Bormann, Advisory Board Member

Rebecca Bormann is a highly accomplished sales leader with  20+ years in business development/sales for global technology organizations. In 2022, she founded Rebecca Bormann Consulting, LLC  to help passionate, ambitious professionals and business owners thrive with their sales and business growth goals. Throughout her career she has led, developed and mentored  high performing sales professionals in all stages of their careers.  She has served clients from SMB to enterprise in every industry from manufacturing, retail, professional services, healthcare and government sectors.

Rebecca loves creating community and connection and empowering everyone to reach their full potential. It’s one of her favorite things about BBN!  She feels a powerful call to help advance equity and inclusion for women and minorities in business and is actively involved in the community. In addition to being an Advisory Board Member for The Boss Babe Network and The Shift Up Foundation, she is an Emeritus Board Member and former President of Women & Hi Tech & The Brandon Foundation. Rebecca is also actively engaged  in several other community organizations including The Startup Ladies, Pass The Torch For Women Foundation, Women 4 Change, Indy Maven and Heartland Church.

Rebecca is a fur mom to two Cocker Spaniels. She loves spending time with her pups outside while tinkering in her flower gardens. She is a travel lover and is always excited to explore someplace new, meet interesting folks and learn about their cultures and heritage.
