Catherine Esselman is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in commercial real estate. Drawing from her extensive background, which includes learning from one of the largest retail developers in the nation, Catherine has honed her skills to benefit the local creative economy in Indianapolis. Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles at Downtown Indy, Inc. and The Indy Chamber. Most recently, Catherine has taken on the role of owner and founder of Cat Consulting, where she specializes in innovative deal-making strategies tailored to Downtown Indianapolis. Her focus on equity, creativity, and profitability has solidified her reputation as a trusted expert in the commercial real estate landscape.
