As we reflect on the year gone by, let us take a moment to appreciate all the good things that happened despite the challenges we faced.

Here are some points for us to reflect on:

• What were the major accomplishments of the team this year?

• Did we achieve our goals? If not, what hindered our progress?

• How did we adapt to changes and challenges that came our way?

• What were the areas where we excelled and what are the areas we need to improve upon?

• Did we effectively communicate with each other and with our clients? If not, how can we improve our communication skills?

• Did we utilize our resources effectively? If not, what can we do to make better use of our resources?

• What were the lessons we learned this year that we can apply in the coming year?
