Rebecca Bormann is the Managing Director of Sales and Services for Bell Techlogix, and the President of the Board of Directors for Women & Hi Tech. Rebecca is passionate about connecting with people and helping organizations grow by embracing technology and continuous improvement. She is a proven enterprise sales leader with over $50 Million in revenue generated in the past 5 years.

Rebecca believes in empowering others to reach their full potential and lead a purpose-filled life. She is actively involved in the community and enjoys serving others. Before joining the Women & Hi Tech Board in 2017 as the Corporate Engagement Director, she was an active member and volunteer. Rebecca is also currently an Emeritus Board Member for The Brandon Foundation. She was the President of the Board from October 2013 to June 2020.  Rebecca is also a Pass The Torch For Women 500 Circle member and mentor. Additionally, Rebecca is the co-founder of R&D Networking, a local Indianapolis professional networking group. She is also an active member of Heartland Church.

Rebecca loves spending time with family and friends, being a dog mom to Lucky and Bonnie, gardening, reading, cooking, and traveling. As a Milwaukee, Wisconsin native, she is an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Go Pack Go!

Being involved with The Brandon Foundation has made Rebecca acutely aware that our children, especially our girls, are not exposed to all the possibilities and opportunities STEM can provide. When Rebecca realized part of Women and Hi Tech’s mission is to reach out to our young girls, including diverse girls and offer them opportunities to learn and be excited about STEM she knew she just had to be part of the organization.

Rebecca’s goal for Women & Hi Tech is to continue to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion of its leadership and members and to reach more girls to encourage them to pursue an interest in STEM. We all agree our organization should be a place where all people feel included, welcomed, and can be their authentic selves—a place where we network, learn, and grow together as a STEM community because of everyone’s unique talents and gifts. We all share this passion. Now, we continue to put that passion to work to effect positive change in our organization, our Indiana STEM community and beyond.
