Adda Pinch to Cater Boss Babe Brunch 2021
After throwing the first Boss Babe Brunch last year, I had some things I wanted to make sure I could do this year in order to make this year even better! I sought out to choose a venue that’d let me bring in my own caterer (thank you Vision Lofts), so that I could truly customize the Brunch menu to be exactly what I envisioned, without the hefty prices! I am proud to use the brunch to not only collaborate with a business that was very flexible with me in executing my vision but I’m also excited to use this brunch to amplify an up-and-coming black-owned business unique to Indianapolis.
I reached out to Aaron Pearson of Adda Pinch, someone I’ve known for years now, to see if he could work with me to bring together an amazing, customized menu for the Brunch this year, and we’ve done just that!
At Boss Babe Brunch 2021, you can look forward to:

Donut Holes
Pancakes
Bacon
Sausage Patties
Scrambled Eggs
Roasted Potatoes
(I love donut holes so this had to be a necessity lol)
About Chef Aaron Pearson
Born in Louisville, Kentucky. But, raised in Indianapolis, Indiana where I began to find my passion for food and cooking. I am fortunate enough to have family in the cooking industry who have helped mold and teach me some of the skills that I possess today. My dad and cousin both played a major part in my passion for cooking as I watched them both run their own restaurants and love and enjoy what they do. I attended The Chefs Academy through Harrison College in Indianapolis until the school was shut down. While there, I developed more skills for the kitchen along with the help of my family. I am passionate about cooking because it is a talent that showcases my love for food and because you really only know what you are eating if you make it yourself. In my free time, I love to experiment with recipes and be creative with food. Recently, I have started my own journey of cooking for others by meal prepping. I look forward to seeing where my love for food and cooking takes me.
